We’re huge Disney fans. Its the commercialism product that makes my anti-commercialism soapbox collapse. So this fall when we were offered tickets to Disney on Ice, I took the kids and a sitter and, hot dog!, we had a ball.
So why not go back, right? Disney on Ice Let’s Celebrate is coming to the Wachovia Center right around Christmas this year and, as long as you’re around, you would be Goofy not to grab your kids and go go go!
Disney on Ice’s Let’s Celebrate! is one colossal party on ice, with all your favorite Disney friends! Enjoy a winter wonderland with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, a Halloween haunt with the Disney Villains, a Very Merry Unbirthday Party, a Royal Ball with the Disney Princesses and more in a magical medley of holidays, celebrations and festivals around the globe.
Of course you want to go! So here’s what to do. Order your tickets from ComcastTix with coupon code MOM. You’ll get four tickets for $44 for Monday-Friday matinee shows, and $4 off Friday night and weekend shows. With the code, additional weekday tickets are still priced at $11. But you must purchase a minimum of 4 tickets to get the discount. Philadelphia fans have the Mouse-ka-luck: There are over a dozen shows to choose from between December 23 and January 3.
Of course, free is nice, right? Just Precious has teamed up with show producers Feld Entertainment to giveaway one Mouse-kerrific family a 4-pack of tickets for either the December 23 at 7 pm show or any of the shows on December 28.
Giveaway Details
- You need to be able to be in Philadelphia for the show. If you are absolutely the biggest fan in the world, perhaps you’ll fly here if you win.
- Valid photo ID is required at the will call box
- Winner will get to select the show from the ones listed above. The offer is non-transferrable to another winner once your contact information is provided. So, please, only enter if you know you can attend.
- Winner must provide a valid e-mail address when entering. ‘Else we can’t contact you!
- Winner will have 24 hours from the time the winning e-mail is sent to respond. If you don’t respond in time, an alternate will be picked. In-other-words, provide a valid e-mail address. We can’t go chasing you down.
- Winner will be chosen using random.org
- This giveaway will close on December 12 at 6 pm EST and the winner will be contacted by December 13.

Tips for Disney: Go a week or 2 before Thanksgiving(No lines and great deals on the Hotels). Mickey’s after-hours XMAS party is worth the extra $$$. DD favorite character… anything princess , of course!

My favorite Disney character is Donald Duck, E’s is Cinderella, J’s is Buzz. As for the suggestions for your trip, eat a mickey mouse ice cream every day. They are awesome! Oh and ride the Buzz Lightyear Spin a lot. And dress your baby in a princess dress (I think I have one that might fit her).
Me, my husband and my two little girls are all in love with disney. It would make our year if we could see the show!!!
